Our Building Construction, Services and Maintenance division was established in 2003 by Chris Galatola and Anthony Ragonesi. As qualified carpenters and builders with over 27 years combined experience, this partnership has been built on trust, reliability and a commitment to the provision of quality services. Their extensive experience ensures that they are well known and respected members of the construction industry.

Our Building Construction, Services and Maintenance division offers a range of carpentry and construction services, for both private owner/occupiers and large scale builders/developers and details of each service are listed below:
Building
As qualified builders, they have experience in construction and renovation at all stages of the building process. Their time management, co-ordination and organisational skills are evident in the high quality work. They have qualified and experienced tradesmen that are closely affiliated with them to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Carpentry

Our Building Construction, Services and Maintenance division pride themselves in employing carpentry sub-contractors and apprentices who have the same work ethic and passion for construction as they do. With a gang of up to 24 carpenters, they are able to provide a flexible, time efficient and versatile carpentry service. All staff and contractors are well experienced in carpentry work for new homes, town house developments, and unit block developments.

Maintenance

Our Building Construction, Services and Maintenance division also offer a maintenance service which involves carpentry work and the organisation of other trades as required. They have previously serviced Home Assist Secure and have also completed a range of maintenance projects for private owners in all aspects of the building industry.
Finally they are also able to operate an effective and efficient maintenance scheme due to our experience in organisation and co-ordination of a range of trades.
