Just 1 Call was founded in April 2001, by our CEO Mike Dowling.
Mike recognised there was an overwhelming opportunity to deliver high standards and services to our clients without inflated prices.

Just 1 Call has experienced exceptional growth since being founded in 2001 with over 30% growth year on year.
Today, our turnover is in excess of $25M annually.

We believe our growth has been contributed by a low cost operation that passes its savings onto its clients, while still delivering the highest standards in the industry.

Just 1 Call is 100 percent Australian owned and operated. We support local suppliers and the local industry.

Just 1 Call currently employs over 550 staff and contractors throughout Queensland and New South Wales.

At present, our current cleaning contracts take us from Tamworth in New South Wales through to Port Douglas in Far North Queensland. We have Regional Managers based within the geographic locations we service to ensure ongoing support and supervision as well as personal contact and regular reviews occur.

Just 1 Call’s company vision is to have offices throughout Australia and New Zealand.

General Information.

Staffing

Just 1 Call Pty Ltd employs over 550 staff and contractors throughout Queensland and New South Wales. All new staff members are employed on their experience and strict standards are enforced prior to being employed. These include character references from at least three credible people who have known the employee for at least twelve months. We only employ people who can legally work in Australia.

Our company expects the highest standard of ethics and integrity from its employees.

Risk Assessment and Safe Work Procedures

Prior to starting the contract, Just 1 Call Pty Ltd will carry out a Risk Assessment of the site and implement a safe work procedure for all its employees.

Job descriptions will be made up for all employees immediately upon starting the contract. Copies of Risk Assessment, Safe Work Procedures will be made available to any client who requires them.

Support Staff

Our company has a number of trained support staff on call to cover any unexpected absenteeism

Emergency Services

We place a high emphasis on service and technical assistance. We believe that this is the backbone of our business. Our technical support team and customer service team are ready to intervene and provide support at anytime 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. After hours contact numbers are also provided for all of our Clients..

Regional Operations Managers

Our Operations Team have been involved in the contract cleaning industry for over 50 years, gaining extensive experience from a wide variety of sites; retail, high-rise offices, industrial and major public area facilities.

Operations Supervisor

We believe that Supervision is paramount to the effective running of our cleaning services. Our supervisors are skilled at communicating at all levels to ensure a clear understanding of the tasks to be performed. This increases productivity and assures harmony and teamwork. All cleaning staff work as a team and are given incentives from their supervisor to ensure that the highest of standards and professionalism is achieved at all times.

Territories

At present, our current cleaning contracts take us from Tamworth in New South Wales to Port Douglas in Far North Queensland.

Stripping and Sealing Team

Our Stripping and Sealing teams are regarded as amongst the best in the industry. Their combined experience gives us over 55 years of knowledge in the industry. We stand by our team and are confident that their expertise and results they consistently deliver which enables Just 1 Call to be the market leaders.
